Donovan McNabb getting benched... for Rex Grossman... because "he is more comfortable running the two minute offense". Really. Wow, I think all that tanning has fried Shanahan's brain. I don't give a fuck how bad the starting QB is playing, Rex Grossman is option number #52 on my roster to lead a comeback.
I think Shanahan has more problems than his future HOF QB's performance, wake up and realize you are losing to the fucking Lions. Okay, these aren't last year's Lions but I am pretty sure your team's payroll is 100x theirs. Clinton Portis' ass injury better heal up real quick too. The defense shows flashes of competence, and their offense's most dangerous receiver is Anthony Armstrong (I need a stat boy to figure out who the fuck he is).
What irks me the most about this situation is how Donovan McNabb is treated. What the fuck did he do to deserve this treatment in the NFL. He's only been one of the top QBs in the league since 2001. Ya so he is posting his lowest passer rating since 2000, he still is better than Rex Grossman. He got shit on in Philly, a team he took to 5 NFC Championship Game and now its more of the same. I think he needs to start getting treated with the class he deserves.
